Leads and client inbox

Every enquiry lands in the admin: website enquiries on one list, Gangal Go staff requests on their own board. Replies to our emails are read into an inbox inside the admin every 15 minutes, so a client message is not left waiting in a mailbox.

Quotes

Quotes are priced by our rate engine. Every charge rate is checked against a minimum charge and against the real cost of employing the worker (wages, holiday pay, employer NI and pension), whether a person types it or the system prices it.

Client jobs and placements

A job you post in the client portal comes to us for a quote. When you accept a client quote, the system books it as a placement; a booking made through gangalgo.com is set up as a placement by our office.

Shifts and clock-in

Each placement has its shifts. Workers clock in and out from a link on their phone, with the location and its precision recorded. Any shift the clock could not be sure about goes onto a shift-exceptions list that our office reviews.

Timesheets and invoices

Clocked hours fill each worker's Monday-to-Sunday timesheet, which you approve or flag in your portal. Invoices are generated only from timesheets you have approved.

Compliance and documents

Right to work is checked before every shift: a worker without valid evidence is never offered one. Our office checks each uploaded document and marks it verified or rejected. You see each worker's document status in your portal, never the documents themselves.

12-week AWR tracker

For each worker and client, the tracker counts the weeks actually worked under the Agency Workers Regulations and shows the date the worker qualifies for equal treatment.

Smart matching and supply

For each request, matching ranks workers by fit, distance, availability and reliability, with right to work as a gate. A person decides who is offered the shift.

Urgent cover

An urgent request from your portal goes straight onto our list with a shortlist already worked out: workers with valid right to work, fully cleared workers first, then the nearest.

Contracts

You sign our Hirer Terms of Business in your portal before the first shift. The signed copy is stored and kept under Contracts.

Reports and KPIs

Our office tracks placements, open and filled jobs, active workers and the time it takes to fill a job, so problems show up in the numbers early.
